This is our most basic package, but it is really not basic at all. We will coordinate the connection of all necessary services for you to arrive at your new home worry free. Power will be turned on, so no need for lighting candles. Wifi, and/or cable ready for you to stream your favorites or get right to work! Your family mail forwarding set up, so you wan’t miss a beat.
With your approval, we connect with real estate and property management agencies to access your future home and make all of this possible.
Mini Hotel.
But, what about washing off the drive or the plane ride you may ask, we can get that cover too, if you’d like. With our Mini Hotel package we will have your bathroom essentials including everything you would find at a hotel, but more and better. No more coming home to find the property management didn’t even leave a complimentary roll of tissue in case of an emergency. And, what is a home without food? That is why we included in this package your choice of our personalized kitchen stocking or the option to pick-up a grocery order from your favorite store. Either way, you get to avoid the hassle of getting home to an empty fridge and pantry.
